They saved the best for last on Avenue 5! The ultimate epic fail sent the ship catastrophically off course. There’s no saving them now. My season 1 finale reaction.
As if the literal crap surrounding Avenue 5 wasn’t enough, the season 1 finale had the ultimate epic fail. What was once an 8 week cruise is now an 8 year prison sentence, because the most important task was given to a loud mouthed passenger who knows nothing about science. Avenue 5 needed to lose weight, specifically out the back so it would be propelled forward. Everyone knows you poop out the back! But all the weight went out the closest airlock on the side, sending the ship dramatically off course into oblivion. Watch my full reaction video for all the shenanigans.
I can’t imagine a funnier way to end this wacky season. There was a rescue ship, sort of, that no one wanted to get onboard. Our captain was actually acting like one, except when it mattered most. The physics of space travel was left to an ignorant passenger, rather than any of the engineers on board Avenue 5. We’ll call it a toss up, because there’s little to no intelligence on board this spaceship.

I want aliens and a space battle in season two of Avenue 5, or at least pirates taking over the ship. I’d also love to find out how the passengers decide to season their food, since the spices ran out. No one wants to eat cardboard.
