I love circuits like this. 1 2 3 abs workout has ton of variety. That is definitely the best part about this workout. The consistent theme is the number of reps or time. It’s either 10, 20, or 30 hence the 1 2 3 aspect.
There are some really great ab exercises in this circuit. They really compliment one another. It makes all the ab exercises extremely approachable. None of the amounts feel like too much but you are definitely going to get an amazing workout in!
No equipment required, just your motivation and a mat. You’ve done all of these exercises before, so go all out and feel that burn!
1 2 3 Abs Workout is a great to do anywhere! It’s a solid ten minute workout which is great to start your day off with. There is really no excuse why you can’t do this workout. Be careful if you don’t do a lot of abs circuit because your ab will be on fire the next day!
