Five Minute Plank Workout! It’s a full video workout up on our BuzzChomp fitness vlog. Mandi and Dan love doing plank!

 

We love plank, so we definitely loved tackling this 5 minute plank workout! It’s the full video workout, because it’s only 5 minutes! A full five minute plank is super intense and amazing. We’ve both done it before, but this workout let’s you build up to that challenge. The 5 minute plank workout breaks each plank apart into more manageable sections.

You do four different variations of plank. It begins with regular plank, then forearm plank, plank holding up your leg (each side), and side plank (each side). The workout ends with regular plank and forearm plank again. You hold each for either a minute or thirty seconds, which makes it very approachable and makes this 5 minute plank workout amazing!

Mandi and I do this full 5 minute workout together. It’s intense and both of us were sweating by the end of it. You want to make sure that you really accent each move. Make sure you truly engage your core. Don’t let yourself drop down. Remember, it’s only a minute or thirty seconds. Push yourself because the benefits are great!

This 5 minute plank workout is wonderful! You can do it anywhere. I will do this early in the morning and it always wakes me up. I feel I can tackle the day. It is only five minutes, so there is no reason why you can’t rock this workout.
