30 Day Fitness Challenge: Squats! Start the new year with a bang.
This challenge dives into the world of Squats and is just perfect because of the variety. There are 4 exercises and you do each exercise for a week! It’s the first time I’ve experienced a challenge like this.
It’s definitely great if you’re looking to get into 30 day challenges! It also opened me up to new variations of squats, which was awesome. I love that it is not just the same squat for 30 days!
