The Fat Burner Challenge is truly one of the hardest challenges we’ve ever done! It’s intense and extremely difficult. Like most challenges it starts of slow but it really steps it up. By the end it’s definitely it’s own workout and I loved that part!
The exercises really work specific parts of your body! You get your squats, press ups, lunges, plank, and burpees. These exercises work so well together! My arms, thighs, legs, and core were so sore after this!
