I love circuits like this that are extremely straight forward. It’s 6 exercises and you do each for 20 seconds without resting between them. That’s all it is, but trust me you will get a great ab workout from this.

This is another workout that you can do anywhere and it’s great for your vacation. That’s why I gave this an 8.5/10. I love workouts like this because there are some days that I want a quick workout that I know is going to make me sore. This is one of those workouts.

All of these ab exercises are exercises you’ve done before. For me that’s perfect because it gives me no excuses to not do it. Sometimes if I have to google a bunch of exercises it will make me less likely to do the workout. This one I’ve done these exercises so many times.

Even though I’m extremely familiar with these exercises I know that each one of them works my abs. They all compliment one another and by the end my abs are toast. I love that just one round of this I can feel it.

This is a great circuit to do after a quick cardio day or even after a nice long run. I’m always looking for extra circuits like this to do on days I do cardio and this one is perfect for that.
