10 Minute CrossFit workout and review is the perfect vacation workout. Its part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
The 10 minute crossfit workout is another example of a great vacation workout. It’s only three exercises, yes that is right just three. None of them require any extra equipment except a mat. This is why I’m giving this workout an 8.5 out of 10. I love workouts that give you no excuses to not workout.
The three exercises of this crossfit workout are not anything out of the ordinary. You do 15 push-ups, 15 jumping lunges (each leg), and 15 sit-ups. I have a love/hate relationship with sit-ups because you need to make sure you do them on the right surface. I find that my back gets chaffed if I do them on the wrong surface so make sure you have a good mat.
The intensity of this workout comes from repeating it 5 times. I highly recommend not resting for too long in between rounds doing the full 5 rounds. Even if you feel like you’re good after just 3 rounds push it to those 5 rounds. It’s only going to take you 10 minutes to do this circuit.
Workouts that are quick and effective like this are my favorite for vacations because we all have 10 minutes to set aside on vacation to workout. It’s also a great add on workout. If you go for a quick run and you want to do a body weight workout this crossfit workout is perfect. It works your full body and it will help you strengthen your full body!
