Most people think of cardio and they think of running. Well this bad boy will cut you like running, get your heart beat racing, and make your body feel like it ran miles! It’s only 10 minutes and perfect for these cold winter mornings!

The crux of this workout is jumping jacks. It’s a waterfall countdown. You start with 50 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 45 jumping jacks, 45 squats and so forth! This is a mix of six exercises that will work your full body! That’s exactly what a great cardio workout will do!
