Time to set yourself up for fitness success! Walking is exercise!
I love intense exercise, but I know you can’t do that every day. I’m such an advocate for moving your body and that is what walking does! Even just going for a ten minute walk on your lunch break brings in amazing health benefits!
I’ve been taking my baby out for walks with my wife and it truly has been great. We’ll go out for over an hour-long walk on our rest days. The funny thing is, you work up a good sweat and even though it’s your rest day, you’re still working your body!
Walking is low intensity, but you can still get a great workout in and have that fitness success you crave. If you’re new to fitness, walking is a great way to improve your stamina!
Walking is such a fun way to get your exercise in! Summer is coming and a walk is a great pre/post dinner activity with your family. Walking is exercise and you can walk your way to be fit!
