Happy Motivational Monday kids! This week set a fitness goal!

It’s easy to let your fitness drop this time of year. You want to catch some extra sleep before a busy day. It’s cold outside and it’s easier not to run outside. Well no kids! Get ahead of the curve and set a fitness goal. Mine is to run 7 miles twice a week! What’s yours?

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong!
