Press Up Tutorial: Master the Upper Body. This is our fitness vlog and your go-to tutorial!
I’d never done a Press Up until I was introduced to them during a 30 day challenge. The key to press ups is to not treat them like push ups. They are very similar to push ups, but completely different!
The key is to really engage your core, shoulders, triceps and biceps so you do them as flat as you can! These are great! They really are much more approachable than push ups and you can master them and add them to your arsenal!
