If you’re constantly making the same fitness goal then you need to switch it up. Sometimes that’s just a shift in your mindset. Focus on nothing is impossible and see how your fitness goals flourish. It truly is the perfect fitness motivation.
For me, I was constantly setting the same running goal for myself. I had a cycle that I couldn’t let go of. I’d go on good stretches of running a lot then let life swoop in and those stretches would end. Every year my goal would be to run farther, shed my treadmill ways, and be able to just go out and run no matter what.
Once I learned that running no what was just shifting my mindset then I truly flourished in my fitness. I used nothing is impossible as my fitness motivation to get there. In the back of my head I did always think being able to just go out there and run was impossible. It was that shift in mindset that led me to embrace that fitness motivation.
I truly believe nothing is impossible is the best fitness motivation. Once you embrace it in your fitness journey you’ll be able to embrace it in your every day life too.
