I’ve had one of these bad boys for a few years now. It’s perfect for hikes and bike rides. You can fill up the hydration pack, or you can take it out if you just want to use it as a mini backpack. I bring this bad boy on EVERY single outdoor adventure! It’s a must.
I’m not a scale person at all. I actually dislike them, but realize there is an importance to knowing how much you weigh and keeping yourself around your target weight. This bad boy works great! You do have to use it on a hard surface. It does not work on a carpet. Definitely invest in one if you’re on the path of losing weight! You won’t regret it.
It’s super nice to have access to my own weights. I have NO excuse for not going to the gym. All I have to do is go in my closet and get these bad boys out. I love that I have the option to add weight, or remove it. It’s super easy to change and it makes it easy for me to use if my man uses them!
My man got one of these a while back and he LOVES it! He reads on the Kindle app. You can hook it up to wifi and read your email, download games, etc. It’s perfect to use as your primary reading tool. I love reading and I feel that exercising your mind daily is just as important as exercising your body! I make it a point to use this and read every night before I go to bed.
These are my new Adidas sneakers and I absolutely LOVE them! My feet were in need of a new pair of shoes after I had completely run through my old pair of Adidas. I love the look and feel of these sneakers. I know a lot of people out there prefer Nike, but seriously, Adidas running sneakers are the best! My personal favorite.
An important way of staying healthy and fit is to make your own food. I got a food processor a few years ago and I absolutely love this guy. I use mine to make salsa all the time. You can make your own homemade nut butters! Your own homemade tomato sauces. It’s also great for pureeing vegetables. This is a must in your kitchen!
Spring is in the air and if you run outside like me, you definitely need a hat to keep the sun off your face. I like a lighter color hat so I don’t get too warm running. I also love the material of this one. It’s imperative to have a hat that is light weight.
