Halo Season 2 Episode 5 | Cortana Is A Spy

Super spy Cortana, or something far less calculated. Either way, John will not be happy that his planet was sacrificed so he could open the Halo with Makee. Fireworks incoming on Halo season 2.

Now Cortana is an undercover spy, so she IS the most valuable weapon of humanity after all! This has to have been the plan all along. Let the Covenant destroy an entire planet so that Cortana gets taken and she can guide Makee to John and the Halo, because opening the Halo and harnessing whatever power lies within is their only hope of survival. Nothing will go as planned in Halo season 2.

We practically abandoned the wild circumstances that concluded season 1 of Halo, but not entirely. John is having hallucinations of what was and what will be. Is he in control of his own mind? This series is a great example of video game turned television show, embodying what made the game unique, but adding a dose of its own unique science fiction.
