This Monday Motivation I remind myself that fit is the goal. Too often I focus on being “skinny,” even though I know my goal is to focus on being fit. I have to remind myself that I focus on fit even if the whole perception is to be skinny. That’s just silly.
It’s easier than you think to be fit and when you make fit is the goal you’re one step closer to it. It’s the beginning of April and no matter what you did the first couple of months let that go. That’s truly the best way to make fit is the goal because when you let go of what happened before you’re focusing on the present. Focusing on the present is a great way to stay fitness focused and motivated.
This week make fit is the goal and it’s your perfect fitness motivation! I even challenge you to embrace it the whole month of April! Say it again fit is the goal.
