Country singer Maggie Rose is the embodiment of the modern pin up in her new video “I Ain’t Your Mama”. The single was released in May, and the video is on rotation on CMT, even making in into the weekly count down as a bonus video.

Maggie looks like a true pin up bombshell with her platinum blond hair, skin tight leopard dress, pearls and heels. Her make up is perfectly pin up with flawless skin, cat eye black liner, soft blush, and pink lips and nails (all provided by MAC cosmetics). Starting the video off in her kitchen wearing an apron, she is the housewife every man would love to have in his life, but it’s her attitude at the bar, blowing off those men, that gives her the modern twist.

The opening lyrics of the song, “I’m puttin’ on pearls, I’m puttin’ on pumps, got a little loose apron on me / Gonna make you stop, gonna make you wanna watch me do the laundry / Gonna put some fun back in this ho-hum honey / Gonna be so hot you think it ought cost you money” are cute, catchy and good girl sexy.

Not only is Maggie rocking the pin up look, but her band is looking stylish with their vintage inspired looks as well. Early 60’s style dresses (that would fit in perfectly on the set of Mad Men) on the ladies and white button up shirts with sharp ties, suspenders and vests on the men give the whole video a nice vintage look. Maggie Rose gives a fabulous modern pin up look in this video that can be easily duplicated, and would look amazing on anyone.
