Breakup Season is a must se holiday movie this season. It will be one of those movies that makes the 2024 underrated list of films. It’s wildly original and while it’s not a Hallmark Christmas movie, it is honest and raw. It dives into the relationship and aftermath of a breakup. It definitely should be on everyone’s watch list.

Chandler Riggs, best known as Carol from The Walking Dead, plays Ben. He is man who brings his girlfriend Cassie, played by Samantha Isle, to his home in Oregon for Christmas. The first night they are there, Cassie breaks up with Ben and of course a snowstorm hits so she can’t get a flight back home until after Christmas. The acting and story is so good. I definitely think we’ll be seeing more of Chandler Riggs because he’s successfully crossed over from child actor to serious actor.
