The most important thing you can do for your body is stretching. We have the best stretching and release circuit. It’s only 9 poses and you go through it once but can do more. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
The perfect thing about the best stretching and release circuit is that it’s 9 poses. You hold them for either 20 seconds or 40 seconds. That is it! It’s that simple.
I love doing this release circuit when I need stretch and take care of my body. There have been many mornings when I’ll do this and then do a different workout later. It’s also great for your rest day.
All of the poses are yoga poses or yoga inspired. This is why I love doing this first thing when I wake up. You can do this before you go to the gym, before you workout, or like I said on your rest day.
The best part about this circuit is the end for me. I love pigeon. It’s one of my favorite yoga poses. It releases your hips and as I’ve said before my hips have been extremely tight in the past. This whole circuit prepares you for pigeon, prepares you to finish off by releasing your hips.
No matter where you are on your fitness journey this stretching and release circuit will help you! It’s perfect for a day when you need to regroup, moving slow, or you just need to start your day off with some good stretching!
