Arms of Steel Workout Video and Review | BuzzChomp Fitness

Arms of Steel workout video and review. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.

The Arms of Steel workout is AMAZING! It’s another Darabee circuit and seriously they know how to create intense circuits using exercises that we all know and love. This is one that is now in my rotation. It will sculpt your arms and by the end of this circuit you will feel fully worked. I give this arms of steel workout a 9/10.

If you remember I’ve done the abs of steel workout from Darabee and I knew that this arms of steel workout would be just as amazing! It consists of two style of exercises push ups and punches. You do four different types of “push-ups,” regular push-ups, thigh taps, shoulder taps, and tricep push ups. There are also regular punches and overhead punches.

I lumped thigh taps and shoulder taps into the variation of push-ups because they are planks that you hold and tap your thigh or your shoulder. I’ve only recently done shoulder and thigh taps and I absolutely love them. You have to engage your core, your legs, and especially your arms. After doing this arms of steel workout my arms where on fire and this was just great!

The button to this circuit is at the end before you repeat it for either 3,5, or 7 rounds you do two minutes rotating punches, i.e. a speed bag, instead of a rest! This makes the circuit because it ups the intensity. Prior to doing it I thought I can handle it, but 30 seconds in it felt so hard! I wanted it to be over, but I pushed for those two minutes!

The arms of steel is legit and you don’t need any equipment to do it except your body. No matter where you are in your life or world you can do this great arms of steel workout!
