Cinco de Mayo Recipe: Spicy Turkey Stuffed Peppers

I love spicy foods, especially Mexican, so celebrate with a delicious Cinco de Mayo recipe of spicy turkey stuffed peppers.

This recipe is easy to make and tastes oh so good! You can add as much heat as you want to the dish by simply adding more jalapeno peppers. I’ve also added black beans to this recipe instead of rice, to cut down on empty calories and up the flavor factor. I don”t know if I’ll ever use rice again in this recipe. I just love the beans!
