Our 30 day fitness challenge is legs with a baby!
This challenge coinciding with the birth of our baby! She loved to be held while I did squats, lunges, and calf raises!
This truly works your legs! It starts out intense and ends intense. The first day is 50 squats, lunges, and calf raises. For me those calf raises burned! They definitely got better but make sure you stretch after.
The final day you do 200 of all three. Trust me when I tell you that even if you’re a beginner you’ll be able to do this. After 30 days of this 200 definitely feels better than the initial 50.
Mandi did this challenge with me right after having our baby and not running. It really helped keep her legs strong and made the transition back to running easier since she worked her legs continuously for a month!
This is a must try challenge! It’s great and your legs get a great workout!
