Separated all over again, but this time by choice. Mark saved Jemma, but then chose Helly. Or did he? Life and death lose all meaning, so what’s next after Severance season 2?

This is a TWISTED Russian Doll type situation with your mind. Mark S. and Helly can never leave, but even if you “take the train” out of Kier, you DON’T actually leave. Its just another layer of the onion. Will Mark and Helly have a baby and stay at work forever? Is Jemma going to re-combine the 25 pieces of her mind? What’s next after Severance season 2?

We must assume that there is much we don’t know, but nothing about Severance has been convoluted. That means no matter how twisted the reality of Mark and his family gets, one slice of him is grounded in a world we know. Where does that piece exist? Is the train to leave even real? Metaphors abound and while everyone wants a happily ever after, I doubt it exists in the Severance universe.

Your life may change and you may find new love, but something is always lost and someone is always left behind. Let me know what you thought and check out my reaction video.
