All about running with baby. We are still on our fit mom journey.
My plan all along was to run with my baby. I’ve been so excited to run with her. Much like most things I do in my life, I’ve thought a lot about it. It’s why I wanted to get to running as quickly as possible. I love running, but I also wanted to make sure I got myself in acceptable running shape, because once my man had to go back into his office, I knew I’d be taking the baby with me on my runs.
It is definitely harder running with a baby. I knew it would be, but it sill was a bit of a shock. I’m also even more cautious running the streets with my baby girl. I know just like getting back into running that stroller running will get easier.
My big advice for stroller running is to relax into it. Don’t worry about your pace, that will definitely get better. A plus is that if you have someone who you run with, you can switch off and you’ll definitely notice how your pace has changed, but also how you can push yourself harder.
