Crash and burn is the best way to describe Perry Mason in the courtroom, not like he was given a fighter’s chance. The Los Angeles DA is paying off everyone, or is it the church? This season was written to be standalone, meaning Perry Mason is doing what he’s later famous for. Against all odds he will get his client off, even when the world is against poor Emily. You’d think they could come up with a better person to pin the baby murder on than the child’s mother. We know its the money behind the church, but the dirty details make this mystery of so juicy.
