Destiny sucks, because EVIL rising and the Mule’s takeover was fated to occur. It MUST happen in order to stop it, apparently. Foundation season 3.
Oh POOR Mule had a hard childhood, drowned his parents, and now he’s EVIL. Seems the only thing that can stop FATE is fate itself, that is the plan with Foundation 2, because the Mule is about to invade Empire and truly takeover everything. Where’s his long lost sibling in all of this? When will Gaal intervene? This was the climax and evil rules Foundation season 3.

Sideshows abound like the Foundation civil war and the fall of Empire, but ultimately only one thing matters. Saving humanity from extinction, which will of course require humanity to unite. The robots nearly destroyed themselves, but saving your maker is the ultimate transcendence. I would expect nothing less from Foundation.
