Fitness Friday: Hydrate or Die

 

Water gives energy, sweat cleanses, and fitness is for life. So drink up before and after exercise. Hydrate or die.

We all need to sweat and we all need water even more. If your going for a hike, bring along a hydration pack like this one from Condor. It’s great for snowboarding too.

Stay hydrated or fear the consequence. Stay on top of your game, hydrate, and get at it.
