The Institute is coming, because if they are not THE HOUSE haunting Robert House, then who the heck is? One mystery keeps revealing another in Fallout season 2.
No, NOT Robert House and RobCo, but the ones controlling even him! The only answer I keep coming back to is The Institute, but its just a hunch. The Institute has yet to be revealed, along with the Synths, but we know its been around for many years. Is it the proverbial House? If not them, then who? Fallout season 2 is about to get crazy.

Each of our heroes has a villain close to home. Lucy and Norm have their dad Hank, the Ghoul has himself and Maximus has his ill-fated leader.
