Day 13: No Added Sugar 30 Day Challenge.

Solving a craving! It’s time for homemade lattes kids! I love getting a good Starbucks Latte or really ANY coffee shop latte (as long as it’s proper).

BUT even a grande nonfat latte from Starbucks still has 12 grams of sugar. That’s right, milk has a lot of sugar in it.

A while back we learned to make our own homemade lattes with our espresso maker and almond milk! SCORE.

Check ours out and hopefully it inspires you to go homemade.
