Apples Never Fall Episode 7 | Joy’s Return

Joy returned home and I’ll be honest I find the end a bit anti-climatic. Of course there is a bit of drama between Joy and Savannah which led to Joy’s return. I really enjoyed this series, but felt Apples Never Fall episode 7 with Joy’s return could have been better.

Joy comes home in Apples Never Fall episode 7. This is a Joy episode and we see everything that happened. I can totally relate to Joy feeling unwanted, isolated, and in a bad spot with her family. The choices Stan and Joy made throughout their relationship had lastly affects on their children, but I still think what she did was a bit cruel.

Not only do we find out that Joy met up with Savannah, but that they went her getaway house. Savannah also traps Joy. She cuts the phone lines, but it takes days for Joy to even realize she did this. It’s understandable that Joy did what she did because Stan used to just leave.

Even though I didn’t really like that Joy just left, I do like that the family came together. Stan even understands why the kids blamed him. Stan also is able to reveal to Joy more about why he used to leave.
