I love Baba Ganoush, but have tried and failed in the past to make it taste the way it does at a restaurant. This recipe TOTALLY has that taste!
It’s super simple! The key is to roast the eggplant with the skin on and make sure it gets golden brown. I’m liberal with my spices, so this bad boy definitely is full of garlic and very spicy!
It’s simple and you can dip veggies, chips, crackers, bread into this bad boy. Okay, really you can put this on ANYTHING!
