Sea Scallops are so good and easy to make, and my sesame honey glaze makes this scallops recipe mouth-watering and delicious.
I particularly love this recipe because it is quick, easy, delicious, and healthy. Seafood, and scallops in particular, are great to serve with a variety of sides. Serve them plain with just a vegetable.
Add a side salad as well, or follow my recommendation and serve this dish over cellophane noodles. I think you’ll agree, it’s very tasty this way!
Sesame Honey Scallops
2 tablespoons reduced salt Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/ 1/2 pounds Sea Scallops
2 teaspoons scallions, chopped
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Mix the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Add scallops, refrigerating for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat a nonstick pan on medium. Cook scallops for 3 minutes on each side, and reserve marinade.
Cook cellophane noodles according to package instructions. Place cooked noodles on plate. Top noodles with cooked sea scallops.
Put reserve marinade in a pan and bring to a boil. Add scallions and sesame seeds.
Pour finished marinade over scallops and serve.
