The West Wing Revisited S1E15 and it’s people being stubborn fool. A lot of people fall out of alignment with the President and he constantly places them back into line. This episode really hones in on just that!

BEWARE OF SPOILERS

The West Wing Revisited S1E15 and it’s people being stubborn fool. These stubborn people fall out of favor with the President and need to fall back into line. A lot of this shows itself through showing us how the government works. Everyone has to compromise or nothing works.

The West Wing S1E15 Reaction

The first incident is with Secretary O’Leary who gets baited into saying all Republicans are racist. Leo, and of course the President, tell her she has to apologies. Crisis averted yes! But wait no, there is just another crisis.

Justice Mendoza disagrees with the President’s request for an apology and tells that to the press. Now they need him to retract that. He needs to be in agreement of the President or it weakens their case and he won’t get approved as a Justice of the Supreme Court.

The structure of the episode is fun. Josh narrates in to it, by telling some of this story as an example of a daily schedule. I hope they do more episodes like this, but I have a feeling this is just a gem of season one.

I really enjoyed this episode. Sam is just the serious version of Chris, from Parks and Recs. What are your thoughts on S1E15. Make sure you watch my reaction video.
