Sauron created a need and now all of Middle Earth is begging him to make rings of power. They’re all tainted! He literally put his hands on them, so the Elven rings may be clean, but the rest are not. Human infighting will be solved with rings. Dwarven collapse will be solved with rings too, but this is the mere beginning of evil taking hold. The Rings Of Power season 2.

Its spreading like a literal plague throughout the land. The dead are rising and conflict is erupting everywhere, because of Sauron. His master plan is of course working perfectly, tricking the orcs into ravaging Middle Earth while he waits for his ring and the crown.

Just how deep into the story will this season get? Having watched The Lord of The Rings saga, we know this is merely a precursor to the future conflict. Yet we also know that Sauron must rise to power and once again be defeated, with a multitude of rings involved. Its like a super cool history lesson, but unfortunately its like we are reading and not among the action.

Who survives this conflict to relive it in the future? Sauron likely destroys many lives before his own is once again ended, but never for good.
