This is super interesting and very cool fantasy, but where’s the action? We witnessed the true death of Sauron at the hands of his previously enslaved orcs, but then his body turned to ooze and after some long time he reformed into a man. I’m digging the slow burn fantasy, yet the conflict needs to arrive quickly. The Rings of Power season 2.

Creating all powerful rings is having horrendous consequences. Who knew!? The dwarves home is collapsing, the elves are divided, and Sauron is getting a crap ton of rings produced so everyone will think they have the power. But who really holds the power? Not our dark wizard, but Sauron and his dark magic with one ring to rule them all.

Just how deep into the story will this season get? Having watched The Lord of The Rings saga, we know this is merely a precursor to the future conflict. Yet we also know that Sauron must rise to power and once again be defeated, with a multitude of rings involved. Its like a super cool history lesson, but unfortunately its like we are reading and not among the action.

Who survives this conflict to relive it in the future? Sauron likely destroys many lives before his own is once again ended, but never for good.
