Rooting for the New York Jets is ONLY fun if you THINK they can win, but NOBODY believes in this team and its justified. Here’s why I’m a believer this season.
I’m an UGLY optimist about the New York Jets, but its the only way to have fun entering a new season. Literally NOBODY believes in the Jets, not even the fans, but I do! Everyone forgets how good the defense was before they lost their leader. Now they have a new one and that spark will ignite this football team. The New York Jets will win, but it will be ugly, and that’s JETS football. This team is going to be better than last year. Mark it down.

Breece Hall needs to earn himself a new contract. So does Garrett Wilson, meaning the addition of Justin Fields will provide the catalyst for success. And that’s just on offense! I love the New York Jets defense under Aaron Glenn and I love the direction of this team. I’m officially a believer.
Your ‘3 Man Booth‘ is the only sports talk show that’s 100% football, straight out of the fan’s mouth. Dan Salem with Phil and Bud. Comment with your thoughts on the New York Jets and New York Giants. Will our suffering continue? Bud’s a pessimist, but will he once again be uncomfortably optimistic this season? Unlikely. Phil and Dan attempt optimism, but its so darn hard with these two football teams.
