New York Giants Saved Their Season

The plan is crystal clear and for now the New York Giants are king of the hill. They saved their season with Dart and Carter, making themselves interesting.

With two first round picks, the New York Giants just literally SAVED their season. Not only is this team now interesting and potentially has a top 10 defense, they have a true QB plan in place. Dabol FINALLY gets to mentor his own rookie passer and the bridge has been build. Yet there are now 4 QBs on the Giants and no team enters the year with more than three. Someone has to go play water boy… ahem Tommy DeVito.

Phil got his perfect first round as a Giants fan and I’m giddy with interest as an outsider. Bud predictably hates what the Jets did, but I actually like that move too. More importantly, the quarterbacks in New York are exciting and full of intrigue. Even loser football can be interesting and fun!

Your ‘3 Man Booth‘ is the only sports talk show that’s 100% football, straight out of the fan’s mouth. Dan Salem with Phil and Bud. Comment with your thoughts on the New York Jets and New York Giants. Will our suffering continue? Bud’s a pessimist, but will he once again be uncomfortably optimistic this season? Unlikely. Phil and Dan attempt optimism, but its so darn hard with these two football teams.
