Death stares galore, but no death. Seeing the future and the past is wicked cool, but an actual war with dragons would be cooler. House of the Dragon season 2.

 

This entire season was one big fortune being told by a witch. Some stuff came true and some will not, but ultimately destiny must wait. Armies are marching, dragon fire is burning, yet everyone of consequence is still alive. Will history prove itself exciting, or will this civil war turn out to be a dud? We know that the Targaryen history has been written, but I’ve yet to read it. That makes these deaths even crazier and more unexpected. Its like they don’t care about the realm at all, only their own personal power and control. House of the Dragon is unhinged, but that’s how we like it.

Will we see a duel between the King on the throne and the Queen who should be? Not yet, but maybe next season. Daemon and Aemon didn’t even face off. These people are all family, or so we are told!

I predicted a few new characters would join House of the Dragon season 2, but alas I was wrong. It only seemed fitting, or perhaps dragon on dragon death will quench our thirst.
