One boss eliminated, while another waits in the darkness for Master Chief to arrive. He’s on the halo world and no one is safe from this new alien. Halo season 2.

 

This was an EPIC ending to Halo season 2 with a boss battle that can only be topped by the impending boss battle next season! Master Chief saves his fleet, then takes down the Arbiter and follows Makee into the secret temple. They’re on the Halo world and something evil lies in the darkness. This is the next boss battle! An alien worse than the Covenant awaits.

We are asking the same questions, but the answers will be different. John must act upon what happened with Makee in order to find humanity’s leverage in the war with the Covenant. The story is being slow rolled, but the mystery is legit. Halo season 2 is one giant rabbit hole.

We practically abandoned the wild circumstances that concluded season 1 of Halo, but now they are back. John is having hallucinations of what was and what will be. Is he in control of his own mind? This series is a great example of video game turned television show, embodying what made the game unique, but adding a dose of its own unique science fiction.
