Its the AMERICANS behind everything evil in Fallout season 2. Maximus versus American made Death Claws. The Ghoul handing infinite energy to the evil American President, who obviously eliminated the Congresswoman, because her head is in a jar at Vault Tech! We even have a Canadian spy and Lucy, who fights her father, doing the bidding of Americans via Vault Tech. Its US versus THEM, but everyone is fighting the same enemy.

Each of our heroes has a villain close to home. Lucy and Norm have their dad Hank, the Ghoul has himself and Maximus has his ill-fated leader.
