Hold on for the ride, because its hard to trust what we’re watching in Westworld season 3. Realities are fiction and anomalies are expanding. My episode 2 reaction.
Literally nothing is real and we have no idea what is happening and when. Thankfully Westworld season 3 is brilliantly written so that we are learning along with Maeve and Bernard, making the actual show easy to follow on a surface level. But we know different timelines are in play, along with different realities and simulations. This makes for one epic battle for humanity. Westworld season 3 has likely put us inside the forge, as well as in the past and future of this struggle between creator and creation. Maeve’s time in War World was not “real” in the sense that it was not our principal reality. But how do we define the baseline? Comment below with your thoughts and theories.
