Weight Loss Goals on my Fit Mom Journey!
Our baby was born 7 weeks ago and we’ve successfully reached our pre-baby weight! Woo! Go us. But we still have more weight loss goals! This is exciting but even though I’m at where I was prior to getting pregnant I don’t necessarily feel that way.
Prior to getting Pregnant I had nice abs. I worked long and hard to get them. I totally understand that it will take time to get my abs back! That’s definitely one of my goals that I’m working toward. I’m excited about getting back there and working toward it.
I definitely have to remind myself that my body is different now than it was before. Having a baby changes you but it doesn’t mean that I can’t get back to where I was and honestly reach new goals! I’d like to have even better ab and better arms. That are the two goals I’m working toward.
No matter where you are at on your fitness journey make sure you don’t get discourage! Keep working toward those goals and continue to be a fit mom! Work on those weight loss goals no matter where you’re at!
