Water Challenge Accepted |BuzzChomp Fit Mom

7 Day Water Challenge accepted! That’s right for one week I will drink a gallon of water a day. It’s part of our BuzzChomp Fit Mom series.

 

My reason for doing this is to make sure that I’m drinking enough water. I always pride myself on drinking a lot of water, but some days I definitely feel like I don’t drink enough. I’ve heard a lot about the notion that you should drink a gallon of water a day.

My process is to fill up my gallon jug before I go to bed. A way I’m ensuring that it’s not difficult to drink this amount of water is to drink a glass when I wake up, a glass before I go to run, two glasses when I get back from my run and every time I fill up my coffee cup I will fill up my water glass too.


I’m prepared to pee more than I usually do even though I am a frequent urinator. We will see what other side effects drinking a gallon water a day occurs! Come back net week to see what happens.
