Upper Body Workout Sculpt with Review | BuzzChomp Fitness

Upper Body workout wculpt is a great workout! Follow along for one round and our review. Its part of our BuzzChomp Fitness series.

This upper body workout sculpt is another darabee workout and normally they all have similar vibe broken up into levels 3,5, or 7 rounds. This one breaks out of that box and five exercises: set 1 you do 20 reps, set 2 15 reps, and set 3 10 reps. This one I’ve rated a 9/10 and I know that I’ve rated a lot of these workouts high, but I really only do workouts that I know I’m going to like.

This upper body workout sculpt shows you that you don’t have to go to a fancy gym to get ripped. All you need is a set of dumbbells. These five exercises hit all the muscles I like to hit when I lift. You’ve got bicep curls, shoulder presses, tricep extensions, bent over rows, and bent over raises.

It’s easy to implement this circuit into your fitness regimen and that’s really why I was inspired to do a whole arms month. You don’t have to feel like you need to do the exact same lifting circuit all the time. That can get boring and having different lifting circuits in your arsenal will always keep it fresh.

For this upper body workout make sure that you don’t rush through it. You can rest up to two minutes in between, but do not rest longer. Make sure that you do the right weight for you and do not rush with the exercise. I love doing each exercise a bit slower than I normally would because that’s how your upper body will get sculpted!
