Ultimate Upper-Body Fitness Challenge | BuzzChomp Vlog

Ultimate Upper-Body Fitness Challenge. This challenge is so good! It’s a must. Part of our BuzzChomp fitness vlog series.

This challenge is separated into two circuit days. The first day is burpees, plank, and chair dips then the second day is inchworms, shoulder press, and push ups. On the 5th day you rest which you definitely will need.

Mandi and I had never heard of inchworms before. You start standing up and you roll down, crawl out to a plank position, and crawl back up. It doesn’t seem like it would be intense but it really is. It really works your arms and as a byproduct your full body.

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

The first two weeks you do this twice through and then the end of the latter half of the challenge you do this three times through. Once you hit three times this becomes it’s own workout. It gets extremely intense and that is great!

You might wonder why this starts slow but its gives you a really great foundation for this strong arms challenge! That is why this is the ultimate upper-body challenge.

Start this challenge today and do it through this holiday season. You won’t be disappointed. Have you done any good fitness challenges recently? Share them with us so we can try them out.

We love Fitness and Health!
