Ultimate Survival Daily workout video is the perfect workout to bring with you on your vacation. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
The Ultimate Survival daily workout is another circuit where you don’t need any equipment so really there is no excuse to not add this to your fitness arsenal. There are 8 exercises in this circuit. You do jumping jacks, push ups, squats, crunches, high knees, then leg lifts. It’s capped off with a minute plank then a minute wall sit. You repeat it 3-5 times. The caveat at the end of this workout is to talk 1 mile 5 times a week.

Much like other circuits we’ve reviewed the intensity of this workout comes from the repetition of it. It also targets your full body which is great. I’m a big fan of workouts that do that. That’s why I’m giving this workout a 9/10.

This ultimate survival daily workout lives up to its name. A big component of fitness that Mandi and I both stress is how approachable it is. You don’t have to join a fancy gym, or take expensive classes to get fit. You can do it all from your home as long as you tap into your natural discipline.
We live in such a sedentary world that this survival workout will keep you moving, keep you fit, and is a great vacation workout. There’s no excuse to take time off when you can do easily do this workout and get a great sweat!
