Ultimate Summer Body Workout Video and Review | BuzzChomp Fitness

The Ultimate Summer Body Workout video and Review. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series.

 

Hard Core workout is the ultimate summer body workout and I’m doing one round of this amazing core workout and reviewing it! It’s another Neilarey workout which you all know that we love here at BuzzChomp. You repeat this circuit 3, 5, or 7 times. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, I highly recommend to do at least 5 rounds.

Like so many of these at home workouts they always have at least one exercise that I’m not that familiar with. For this ultimate summer body workout it is push-ups to lunge. I’ve done these exercises separate time and time again, but putting them together ups each exercise. It’s hard and this exercise alone will push your body to the limits. Do it slow and if you’re new to it then take feel free to break it in half.

I really enjoyed this workout and I give it a 7.5/10 and I’m leaning closer to an 8. The best part about this workout is just how approachable it is because even if you’re new to exercise you will be able to do this workout. That’s really what I love about these style workout and why I keep recommending them.

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

Hard Core workout is the ultimate summer body workout. Now is the time to up your workouts, switch up what you’re doing, and focus on that summer body. You have no excuse not to get up and do this workout. Even if you don’t like to workout in the morning you can do this workout at night.

After I did this workout I felt great and energized. I will warn you that I felt sore the day after this workout. It definitely creeped up on me a bit, but all good workouts do that.

I love that this ultimate summer body workout added in body saws! I’ve done a few workouts now that incorporates them and they are great! It’s such a simple exercise, but when done slow and proper it really works your whole core. I love exercises like that!
