The Mandalorian Season 2 episode 1 reaction video is here! I’ve been so excited for this fabulous show to return. The first episode did not disappoint. The tone, pace, and characters were so on point! Mando and Baby Yoda continue their banding together and it’s all about kill or be killed.
It’s finally back! The Mandalorian season 2 graced us with it’s presence and episode 1, Chapter 9: The Marshall, did not disappoint. I’ve waited for this show to come back since it ended last year. Mando and baby Yoga picked up right where they left off and it’s all about kill or be killed. Make sure you check out our full season 2 episode 1 reaction video.
BEWARE OF SPOILERS
Mando and baby Yoda get right back into the thick of it. Mando’s plan is to find another Mandalorian who can help him find the Jedi. The problem is of course that Mandalorians don’t publicize themselves and have all gone under ground even more since they got attacked last season. Mando’s first kill or be killed moment happens right away. Mando meets Gor Koresh played by John Leguizamo and he tells him there is another Mandalorian on Tatooine. Of course Koresh does not want to let Mando leave. He wants his very expensive armor.

Back to Tatooine Mando and baby Yoga go! Tatooine is obviously the hub of this show. There Mando meets, the best guest star of this show, Cobb Vanth played by Timothy Olyphant. He’s not a real Mando, but he does wear the armor. Right away it looks like it will be another fight for Mando, but a Kray Dragon interrupts their impending fight and now the real kill or be killed moments for Mando and baby Yoga!

This episode is just fabulous! From the moment that familiar music came on and Mando’s ship flew on screen it melded together so effortlessly. Mando and baby Yoda keep having to prove their strength. Kill or be killed was a theme throughout season 1 and it reigns true so far in season 2 episode 1.
