It’s a debate! There are reasons to love a new Star Wars TV show and there are reasons to hate it! For Dan and Mandi, the Disney exclusivity is definitely a reason to hate it. It’s another service to pay for and a platform that will have content you can’t watch anywhere else!
Let’s face it though, it’s Star Wars! How cool will it be to see what world they decide to focus on and what characters? The possibilities are endless and that definitely is a big appeal.
They could resurrect characters who have died and show their origins. They can focus on a Sith and we can be rooting for a bad guy! How awesome would that be?

Isn’t the best part about Star Wars watching it on the big screen? There is something about these series and how they live in the film world. They are movies. They are epic! Will a TV show be able to do that justice? Or will it just end up being a pretty backdrop that becomes a formulaic television product?
