Squats Tutorial 6 Types of Squats | BuzzChomp Fitness Vlog

Squats are great exercises. We’ve got your squats tutorial, with 6 types that are great to work into your weekly workout routine. It’s our BuzzChomp fitness vlog.

Squats are great, but if you haven’t done them before, then you definitely want to start with the body weight versions. Use our tutorial to help! All six of these exercises require no weights, which is great for a beginner. That being said, don’t enter into squats lightly. Even without weights, your body is going to be sore.

All of these squats can be done anywhere! Our tutorial consists of traditional squats, sumo squats, pulse squats, split squats, wall squats, and our bonus eagle squats. Each one is totally unique! A big tip for all of these exercises is to be cautious of your knees. Dan definitely feels them in his knees. He’s always extremely cautious not to go too deep, or too fast. Take your time and enjoy!
