Running Stairs is Great for You – Fitness Friday

 

Do way more in less time by running stairs. They are literally everywhere, an enhanced workout waiting for you. Running is great, but doing stairs is another level.

My favorite stairs are the Santa Monica steps. Super steep and challenging, with a great view. What are yours? A great stand alone workout is out there waiting for you.

Maximize your time and push your limits. Run some stairs.
